Jon has a rich and diverse background in the software and web industry, with over 20 years of experience that spans various facets of technology and business. His journey began in sales and marketing, where he honed his skills in understanding customer needs, market dynamics, and the nuances of product positioning. This foundation provided Jon with a unique perspective on how to bridge the gap between technological capabilities and business objectives.

Away from Pingala - Jon is a qualified England Boxing Coach, he still enjoys training, coaching and cornering for boxing events for his boxing gym.  For some crazy reason Jon has returned to play football for his local Veterans team at 52 years old and is often seen hobbling through maidstone studios after a weekend game.  Running slowly and procrastinating over his gym attendance are 2 other pass times the he "regularly" does, with travel, friendship and family allowing him to make good excuses to avoid these!!!
